Do i like him?help i dont understand!?

ok well i am 13 and i think i like this guy because he has the whole bad boy thing going for him well anyway i just cant stop think about him!ok well we have a few cles together and everytime we see each other we cant stop our self from keeping our hands off each other...i sometimes just want to grab him and make out with him and never leave his sight!well in the beginning of the year he told my best friend to tell me he liked me and i was like ewww but then i got to know him and we really hit it off..what do i do help me! i don't want to ruin what we have now if he doesn't like me anymore i mean i think i actually like him like a lot!help me i like him but i just dont want to tell anyone because im scared..
