Help!! i dont know what's wrong or what to do!?

I don't know for sure what it could be. the bright red blood indicates that it is further towards the end of the digestive tract, which s better than if it was black that would indicate a bleed deep in the digestive tract which is bad, It sounds like you should definitely go to the doctor though, your health is not something you want to mess with.
