How do you spot Ethoxyquin in the ingredients to your dog foods?

Chicken soup for the dog lovers soul-I personally feed this two both of my dogs and the do fine on it. I use the light version however as its still sometimes very cold and they are less active right now. Its a great holistic/(natural meaning no-Ethoxyquin) brand for about 20 bucks cheaper.
