Question abut AT&T Cell Phone Plan!!!?

I have an AT&T Cell Phone... I have had it for about a year and I want to get a new one... but I haven't used up my 2 year plan! Is it possible to get a new cell phone without paying a huge fee? I am looking at any full keyboard sliding cell phone. No flip phones! Send me links please.
