the piercings name ( the one you put a link of ) is called an anti-eyebrow piercing. i suggest you get micro dermal implants for the anti eyebrow so it doesn't reject and rip out. micro dermals are metal implants but inside the area you want. you can change the top but can't change the bottom and yes you can eventually get them removed
