Does these song lyrics make sense?

Ooooo me likey! i'm also a fellow song writer and personally i think that songs don't need to make sense. as long as they make sense to you then that's all that matters. the rest is left for others to interpret. on the other hand title wise i guess "dreamcatcher" would just work unless you want something more epic. hope that helps :)
