Cat is congested. Maybe respiratory infection.?

I work with URI cats at a humane Shelter. We have had luck with a plain old vaporizer with a little Vick's in it for chest congestion. Place in a small room with vaporizer for 20 minutes or so a day. If the cat is not better please take to the vets.
