How can i decrease my body fat %?
Your scale doesn't sound like it takes that into account, it just goes by weight, height, and maybe age and gender. If you are that athletic, I bet you body is tight and muscled, which means you are heavier, because muscle is heavy. If you eat more fat from lean meat or legumes (NOT pizza, beer, or whatever) then this might help your body not store fat. I realize this is a contradiction, but your body hoards things it needs but perceives to be in short supply. Also, in your strength training, go for high reps low weight, this will further tone you up. Let us know how it goes for you.
