I was to be successful in life...tell me how? i am ready to work hard but cant manage time.?

the guy whom i like doesnt like or respect me coz i am nothing :(..i am not good at studies..i dont have good grades..i m not successful in life..i want to be successful like kelly clarkson... want good grades...be very good ineverything..plz dear frnds..gimme some tips to success..i m ready to work hard..how shud i manage time..to get time for studies as well as exercise..i want him to fall for me,,,..i want the situation which is prevalent now to change..plz gimme suggestions...thnx
