Is it possible to become highly educated if I missed out on my education and have a lot to make up (I'm 22)?

donot worry many great people started late like mohammed Ali Basha the Governor of Egypt he was solider in Ottoman army and started learning writing and reading when he was 65 yrs old it is never too late to learn but u will have to work hard and try to make up for the lost years and ur still young and I feel that u will succeed Initially :) my heart with sis :)
