Please rate my fantasy football team?

It's a pretty good team. I would have made the same decision to draft Westbrook as you did, but keep an eye on that injury. It may be slim pickings, but I have a feeling that the backup RB in PHI wasn't drafted, so if Westbrook's return from surgery goes slow, he might be worth picking up. I can't remember the 2 RB's names, but I heard that rookie they drafted has potential. Just something to keep in mind, but hopefully he comes back healthy and it doesn't matter.
