What are the flaws in Evolution and Creationism?

It is interesting to see creationists say "evolution has too many holes to list" yet they don't even list one. Also, bacteria may have those few genes, but some amoeba have more than 100,000. I guess they didn't have that bit of information in the caption of the pretty picture the creationist read.
