Would it matter if I got a snowboard 2 cm above my recommended size?

I am 105 lbs and 5'1 . female. I was recommended to get a 138 cm size snowboard, but they are out of that specific size. They only have 140 cm boards left. Does it matter? What are the pros and cons? (if there are any)
