Dead bird???????

well for the last month birds have been flying into my window then flying away, abut 1 hour ago 1 hit again then when i went outside i saw it dead on the floor but it didn't look injured it was just lying there. anyway i picked it up with a shovel and put it in 3 plastic bags then it my bin. is there any chance it died from bird flu, even though i heard a loud bang on my window, that was probs the bird, but what if it had bird flu would there be a chance i could of got infected. i live in central england , thankss
